Shipping policy
All shipments will be required signature for delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are signed for. Please note we only deliver via FedEx, Ups or USPS. All orders within the US will approximately take 3-5 business days for order to be delivered after processing. For international orders allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We suggest customers to use same billing address as shipping address to prevent delay in your shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases due to federal health regulations.
Exchanges: if you believe you’ve received the wrong order please contact us immediately at info@thewealthycollection.com we will take pride in helping you. Any exchanging item must be in it’s original condition and packaging. All tags need to be intact. We will not allow any exchange of the item has any signs of being worn, dye, washed or cutting of the weft. Package must be return as they were shipped from us.
